Will my card be charged when I book?
No. Your card is saved securely to hold your appointment. You pay at your visit.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Reply to your confirmation email at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less notice are charged 50% of the service price.
How do I find the studio?
37 W 26th St, between 5th and 6th Avenue, 8th Floor, Room 823. To keep the space calm and private, please come alone unless arranged in advance.
